Well, here we are on the final review, and I thought we should end it off with a classic fan-favorite titled "Hunter x Hunter." Before we get into it, I should firstly say there are 2 different versions of the anime one the original that was made in 1999 and the remake made in 2011. The differences between these two are of course the visual aspects of each other 1999 having the classical cartoon graphics that you would find in the 90's while 2011 is clearer and more colorful seeing it being made in 2011. The 1999 version is darker than the 2011 it caters to adults more with adult jokes and things in the show.
But for this review we will cover the 2011 version since that's the one I finished. The remake of the 1999 TV series of Hunter x Hunter based on the manga by Togashi Yoshihiro. A Hunter is one who travels the world doing all sorts of dangerous tasks. From capturing criminals to searching deep within uncharted lands for any lost treasures. Gon is a young boy whose father disappeared long ago, being a Hunter. He believes if he could also follow his father's path, he could one day reunite with him. After becoming 12, Gon leaves his home and takes on the task of entering the Hunter exam, notorious for its low success rate and high probability of death to become an official Hunter. He befriends the revenge-driven Kurapica, the doctor-to-be Leorio and the rebellious ex-assassin Killua in the exam, with their friendship prevailing throughout the many trials and threats they come upon taking on the dangerous career of a Hunter.
Hunter x Hunter is an incredibly popular anime amongst the community. No matter where you look you will most likely find a person who either seen or are planning to see the anime. The animes plot is simple in the beginning but quickly evolves into something more in-depth. I will give this anime a 9.5/10. The plot and world building are very diverse and precisely detailed. All the places they visit, enemies they fight and whatever they choose to do is amazing to watch and brings enjoyment to the series. The animation is warm, lavish, and thoroughly invigorating it has come a long way from the grainier 1999 version.
The side characters also get a lot of love even sometimes getting more love than the actual main characters. One people may know is the white-haired boy named "Killua" who is Gon's best friend. Each arc they go into flows smoothly along even bringing some characters across from arc to arc it is just amazing to watch how fluent they are and how the arc develops all the way to the end. It's also not easy to dictate how a fight will go they are not like normal shonen fights where you can kind of expect who wins. They actually shock you on some fights where you would expect a character to win but in reality, they lose the fight.

Along with the fights there is a wide variety of fighting styles that these characters pull off not every character fights the same and you will truly find that out from watching. The only sad part that brought the review down .5 is the anime hasn't finished and it's been years since the last episode released. This would have been a perfect score if this didn't occur. The reason it stopped as well as the manga is because the original creator Yoshihiro Tagashi fell ill and just had no strength or the will to continue the manga or anime. But recently we received good news with the return of the manga so with this return fans hope the same thing will happen with the anime as well because this is a huge anime apart of the original big 3 of anime along with Naruto and Dragon Ball.

This will be a great anime to watch if you want to see a classic in action just note if you want to continue from where the anime ended you will have to read the manga to see what Gon and the rest of his gang do on their hunter journeys.

Thank you for taking the time to read my reviews I hope they lead to people taking a chance and watching the animes I reviewed and hey maybe one day I could upload more. We will have to see thank you.
